One day, Alberto Galgano invited him to recover the notes of a lecture <strong>Edward De Bono<\/strong> had held right there in Milan many years before, in 1962.<\/p>\n<p>Lateral thinking, six thinking hats theory, all explained on loose sheets of paper and note books that had become barely readable and torn, hidden inside an old and dusty red suitcase. Their meticulous reconstruction generated in Alessandro a <strong>short-circuit<\/strong> of intuitions. An observation made by the entrepreneur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forgital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Nadir Spezzapria<\/strong><\/a> later on, helped him realize he could make a living with his ideas.<\/p>\n<p>In<strong> 1995<\/strong> he creates <strong>Garofalo &amp; Idee Associate<\/strong>, with the ambition to <strong>increase the capacity to innovate<\/strong> in the organizations within interdisciplinary contaminations. Alessandro and his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.garofalo.it\/en\/about-us\/team\/\"><strong>team<\/strong><\/a> over the years have become the point of reference in Italy for <strong>unconventional consulting<\/strong> in the field of innovation of products and services and are authors of a <strong>structured and participative method<\/strong> founded on <strong>bottom-up creativity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The team is a <span class=\"easter-egg\"> <a class=\"easter-egg-link\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><strong>discrete but defining<\/strong><\/a> <span class=\"easter-egg-box\"> <i class=\"close-icon fas fa-times\"><\/i> <span class=\"easter-egg-content\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.garofalo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/discreta-determinante.jpg\" alt=\"easter-egg\" \/> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> presence in the hosting company, valuing the success of its clients, to date <a href=\"https:\/\/www.garofalo.it\/en\/references\/\"><strong>226<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In this <strong>vintage gallery<\/strong> we have collected a few mementoes of conferences, workshops and creative sessions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 1990, Alessandro Garofalo was the only physicist among the many engineers of the Galgano Group.
