The main characteristic of our training courses, which are oriented and based on solid experiences, is that
the participants are part of a multi-sensorial interactive inductive process.

The main objective is:

  • to close the gap between real life situations and training
  • to give a boost to both the individual and the group
  • to give the participants the chance to pinpoint, work on and solve performance problems of the individual or of the group itself.

A team of trainers and sport coaches, which are also business men, guarantees an effective change in
behaviour within work related contexts. We use more than forty techniques, chosen in order to be effective
and emotively appealing, like orienteering, rafting, cooking, chess, meditation in a convent, business theatre
and much more.
